A coloring book for slowing down. 18 hand-drawn mandalas, signed by the artist and hand delivered free in Center City.
Some days you need a few quiet minutes that belong only to you. The Meaning of M is made for them.
I drew each of the 18 mandalas by hand. Each one is built around a word that begins with M, like Mindful, Muse, Mystic and Mythical, and comes with three things:
Meaning: the name which is the idea you are invited you to explore
Mantra: a short phrase to return to while you color
Meditation: a gentle prompt to notice what's happening inside you
The mandalas move through three sections: Awaken, Center and Become. Color them in order or open to whichever page calls to you. There's no right way to do it, and no art experience needed.
Your copy is signed by me and delivered to your door.
Details:
8.5 x 11 in paperback
18 original, hand-drawn mandalas (no AI, no stock art)
Works with colored pencils, fine-tip markers or gel pens
Signed by the artist
